Requesting a UPCC Number

Requesting a UPCC Number

The ACC assigns UPCC numbers to register protocols for internal tracking and reporting to the NCI. This number is not the same as the protocol number assigned by the IRB. When communicating with the ACC, always refer to your UPCC# not your IRB#.

The UPCC number is assigned based on the protocol defined body site, the sequence of submission and the submission year.

NOTE: If you have received Velos/PennCRMS training you must directly register your protocol in Velos/PennCRMS  to obtain a UPCC number or register your NCTN cooperative group protocol. You should not use the form below. Your e-mail will be rejected if you already have Velos/CRMS access.

If you have not yet received training, please e-mail the following details to the CTSRMC listserv CTSRMC_SUBMISSIONS@LISTS.UPENN.EDU
