Velos/PennCTMS
PennCTMS (AKA Velos) is the PSOM Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) in which all cancer-related protocols (not just clinical trials) and the protocol enrolled subjects must be registered in the system.
Velos is a full management system that includes:
- Study and subject management
- Study administrative management
- Study and subject calendar creation and management
- AE/SAE management
- Financial tracking and compliance
- Development of e-CRFs
Only individuals that have received formal Velos/CTMS training may access the system., regardless of your role. Velos is compliant with 21CFR11, which mandates training prior to any level of access.
